Utilising the Floor Space Area available GPM subdivided this Rosebay block and constructed two comfortable 3 and 4 Bedroom homes each with a lap pool. During the Tendering stage GPM worked closely with the Architect and the Client to ensure the scope of works kept within the budget while any changes to the scope were not jeopardising the Architects design intent. Through this coordination all parties were able to agree on the scope and a healthy relationship between GPM, our Client and the Architect was maintained throughout the 11 month project. The Duplex construction consists of 220mm wide white wash oak flooring, custom Joinery, Heated Bathroom flooring, a Custom AV system and a lap pool to each dwelling.

An Extensive restoration/renovation was completed by GPM at this Rozelle address. GPM restored the front section of the House keeping in line with Leichhardt Councils strict regulations and Extended the rear of the House to convert a modest family house into a modern Architecturally designed 4 Bedroom Home. The project included the supply and installation of a polished concrete floor with insitu Hydronic heating, internal and external Teak cladding, custom Blackbutt balustrading, new lighting, Audio and data installation, a polished concrete BBQ Bench and custom Joinery with a combination of Stone and Stainless Steel Benchtops. The project was completed within the construction period and on Budget.

Glebe Point
Without compromising the front section and façade of the house GPM demolished the rear half of the property to complete the construction of a modern Architecturally designed two story Home. Working Closely with Joshua Mulders Architects GPM constructed a new second story for the installation of the master bedroom, Ensuite and Walkin robe, converting the house into a spacious 5 bedroom home. Select Grade Blackbutt timber battens were installed to form the stair balustrading and Decked area celling. New custom joinery was installed throughout with the inclusion of a sleek concrete look stone benchtop and splashback.

Through major renovations GPM transformed this house into a highly detailed large family home. The house had varying views toward the city and harbour which were capitalised through the construction of a large rear loggia consisting of a series of timber bi-folds, travertine tiling and Motorised shutters, which maximised the clients privacy. During demolition GPM discovered the existing retaining walls were constructed of Sydney sandstone. GPM worked closely with the Client and Palfreeman Sweeney Architects to develop an amendment to the scope which enabled 'feature' stone walls to be incorporated into the design. Some of the features installed by GPM include a combination of parquetry and engineered timber flooring to all common areas, heated tiled floors to all wet areas, detailed landscaping surrounding the property, a 60m2 mosaic tiled swimming pool with an in floor cleaning system and a large spotted gum decking area. Each of these features maximised the use of this spacious block.

Designed by Team 2 Architects, GPM completed this internal renovation to the rear of this Roseville home in February 2014. As the tenants occupied the property during construction, GPM worked closely with the client to ensure minimal disruption affected their everyday activities. The Project involved the installation of structural steel to provide open plan living, a complete refurbishment to the en-suite, bathroom, kitchen and laundry and the supply and installation of European Oak timber floorboards throughout. A tight construction period of 4.5 months was achieved through close liaison with the Client, Team 2 Design and GPM Constructions.
