Utilising the Floor Space Area available GPM subdivided this Rosebay block and constructed two comfortable 3 and 4 Bedroom homes each with a lap pool. During the tendering stage GPM worked closely with the Architect and the Client to ensure the scope of works kept within the budget while any changes to the scope were not jeopardising the Architects design intent. Through this coordination all parties were able to agree on the scope and a healthy relationship between GPM, our Client and the Architect was maintained throughout the 11 month project. The Duplex construction consists of 220mm wide white wash oak flooring, custom Joinery, Heated Bathroom flooring, a Custom AV system and a lap pool to each dwelling.
